A new observation on Bulk SMS change of Sender Names on MTN DND numbers to INFINITI. We HAVE A SOLUTION ON MULTITEXTER for you!
We advise you start your SMS content with your Sender Name on the bulk sms app and website.
For example: After filling in your Sender name as MULTITEXTER, start the content with MULTITXTER: *Your message*. Or if it’s a wedding invite, company’s name… it works perfectly. Same result!
MTN numbers that are not DND active and other networks DO NOT change sender names. To deactivate DND on MTN numbers, click here.
