Also fill in your email address while doing mobile transfer . Use as Remark, if you are using GT Mobile App, for First Bank , use your email address as the narration , for Zenith Bank, use Email address as the description. The reason for this is because two people can not have the same email address, but they can have the same First name, even second name and surname.

So when you use your email as address as the depositor’s name for cash deposits at the bank or remark/description while doing your mobile transfer, your account is recognized as yours and your account will be credited instantly.

Please note that the email address has to be the one you registered with on our Bulk SMS Platform. If you fill in another email address, it may not be recognized.
